Check In / Check Out
Check in from 2pm.
Check out prior to 10am.
Check in to The Bend Abode is contact-less via coded key safe. You will be notified of your safe code and instructions to access room via phone/email prior to your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time.
For cancellations received less than 48 hours, 50% of the full amount of your booking for the first night will be forfeited.
Cancellation after occupying the room for any length of time is also subject to a cleaning fee.
Payment
A valid credit card guarantee is required to reserve a room.
Your card will be charged the full amount of your booking fee upon booking via the website.
Cleaning & Damages
Additional cleaning fees may apply as required in the event of excessive or professional cleaning services being required.
Room degradation (such as vomit, bodily waste) incurs a $200 cleaning fee that will be charged, plus any professional floor cleaning charges at cost, plus a daily room tariff equal to the daily tariff that we would charge if the room was available to be let or any other rate that may be agreed to by the management, in accordance with business demand on the day, until the said room has been returned to its saleable condition.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the accommodation’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Smoking
All rooms and common areas at The Bend Abode are non-smoking.
Pets & Animals
Pets & Animals are not permitted (with the exception of accredited service animals).
If you do have an accredited service animal, please contact us prior to your stay to advise.
Parking
Undercover parking is free and available on-site at the rear of the building.
By booking your room you agree to these Terms & Conditions and for payment of the accommodation account.
